Returns and Exchanges
Guaranteed Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us in the original package and in resalable condition within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund, credit or exchange. If the error is ours, we will refund your original shipping and return shipping.

  • the weight and dimensions of each item and your total purchase price

Some items may carry additional or flat shipping fees due to their size or special shipping requirements. This is indicated in the product description.

What if I would like rush delivery?
For 2-day Express Service, please add $15 to regular shipping charges; allow 3-4 days from order placement for receipt.

For Next Day Express Service, please add $25 to regular shipping charges, allow 2-3 days from order placement for receipt.

When will my order ship?
In most cases we ship in-stock merchandise within 48 hours and you should receive your package within 2-weeks. Please use a street address where possible.
