What if I want to return or exchange something?
Guaranteed Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us in the original package and in resalable condition within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund, credit or exchange. If the error is ours, we will refund your original shipping and return shipping.

Most of our Customer Service Representatives are working parents whose children help us test our products. They know our catalog well and are happy to answer your questions, whether you plan to buy or not!

Are shipping charges refundable?
If the error is ours, we will refund your original shipping and return shipping.

Back Orders
When temporarily out of an item, we will backorder it for you. Your credit card will not be charged until it ships.

Gift Orders

• Send a current catalog and GIFT CERTIFICATE for any amount to a friend.
  
• Send a GIFT CARD with your message, for just $1.
  
• Be sure to enclose your message if you are ordering by mail.

At Music For Little People, shipping and handling charges are based on:

• the delivery option you choose at checkout
  
• the weight, size, dimensions of your items and the order value
  
• your shipping preferences
  

You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Shipping" page in Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order. Some items have a flat shipping fee due to oversized packages or special shipping requirements. This is indicated in the product description. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

What is the standard delivery for Music For Little People?
Most items will arrive in 7-10 business days. Use the table below to calculate shipping charges, based on the value of your total order.

What if I would like rush delivery?
For 2-day Express Service, please add $15 to regular shipping charges, allow 3-4 days from order placement for receipt. (Alaska and Hawaii add $30)

For Next Day Express Service, please add $25 to regular shipping charges, allow 2-3 days from order placement for receipt (not available in Alaska and Hawaii)

In most cases we ship in-stock merchandise within 48 hours and you should receive your package within 2-weeks. Please use a street address where possible .
