Guaranteed Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us in the original package and in resalable condition within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund, credit or exchange. If the error is ours, we will refund your original shipping and return shipping.

When will my order ship?
In most cases we ship in-stock merchandise within 48 hours and you should receive your package within 2-weeks. Please use a street address where possible .
Are shipping charges refundable?
If the error is ours, we will refund your original shipping and return shipping.
Back Orders
When temporarily out of an item, we will backorder it for you. Your credit card will not be charged until it ships.

- Send a current catalog and GIFT CERTIFICATE for any amount to a friend.
- Send a GIFT CARD with your message, for just $1.
- Be sure to enclose your message if you are ordering by mail.
